Breakfast was up to expectations.
There was no hot water in my room this morning.
Very good location. Near from the city centre - 10-15 min. To walk. Good light breakfast - fruits, milk, musli, cheese, a lot of different jams, eggs, coffee, juises. The room for the breakfst is not big, but there were not many guests in the hotel. So there were enough place for all. The hotel is situated in old house, has 5 levels. In the room there were shower gel, clean towels, dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel is pretty old, but clean, very friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Free bikes for rent. We had our flight in the evening, so the staff let us leave our lagguage at the hotel till evening. I reccomend this hotel for 2-3 days.
We wish we had have a balcony in the room.
Close to Milan central rain station
Location close to shopping & points of interest.
Finding hotel was impossible. We had to follow a taxi to find the street due to the complication of the way the streets run.
The condition of the room - it was so prestine! You'd think that nobody had ever slept there!
I didn't like the breakfast hours! The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious but it is only served from 7am-10am so if you've had a long night out, you will essentially miss the buffet if you don't get up in time.
great location, bathrobe and slippers in the room - nice treat.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff is very professional and kind , ready to help. I have already been there many times and I think I'll come back
- friendly service - location ca 10 min. walk from Duomo - good breakfast for Italian standards
- definitely not a four star hotel, three star at best - very small rooms - tired bathroom facilities - inadequate temperature control in rooms (even in March!) - price/quality ratio too high - Badly in need of grounds-up modernisation
Location was acceptable. I felt it was advertised as closer to the main centre of Milan than it in fact was, but it was, nonetheless, a manageable 15-minute walk.
Staff were broadly unwelcoming, bordering on begrudging. The hotel presentation and facilities were mediocre, and breakfast was a low- standard buffet affair.
Good location for visiting some of the main historical sites, staff were generally friendly (especially the breakfast staff) and it felt safe and secure.
Air-conditioning basically non-existent - so it was ok to stay in April although even then a bit stuffy at night even with the windows wide open - I wouldn't want to stay in hotter weather. Bathroom was clean but could do with some updating.
Good locatiion, interesting building, on the tram route to the Duomo, good choice at breakfast, quiet (considering in middle of city), good well-equipped room (appreciated wi-fi).
Only thing: room air-conditioning could be quieter.
free W-lan and also printing with out extra charge is possible (i.e. for boarding passes etc.)
I would book a more quiet room next time - I would not recommend a room facing the street. It's really loud!
